Privacy Policy
PassReady Prep is designed for licensed mental health professionals and counselors-in-training who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
1. Who we are
PassReady Prep is operated by GA Integrated Therapeutic Perspectives LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company based in Georgia, USA. We provide NCMHCE clinical exam preparation tools including case simulations, flashcards, decision trees, a DSM-5-TR reference, and a readiness score.

2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information when you create an account and use the platform:

We do not collect sensitive health information, clinical notes, or any data about your clients or patients.
3. How we use your information
- Provide and operate the PassReady Prep platform and its study features
- Process your subscription and manage billing through Stripe
- Generate your readiness score, study plan, and AI debrief feedback
- Send transactional emails (password reset, subscription confirmation, account alerts) — we do not send marketing emails without your consent
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Improve platform features based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
- Comply with applicable law
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your study data, case responses, or scores for advertising. On our website we use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement (see section 9) to understand site traffic and which of our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party providers to operate the platform. Each provider processes data only as necessary to perform their service.

5. Data retention
We retain your account and study data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (for example, Stripe transaction records).
Aggregated, anonymized study performance data may be retained indefinitely and cannot be linked back to you.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and personal data
- Portability — request your study data in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing — we do not send marketing emails by default; if you receive any, each includes an unsubscribe link

7. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Hashed passwords (we never store your password in plain text)
- Time-limited, token-based password reset links
- Role-based access controls on our database
No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@passreadyprep.com.
8. Children's privacy
PassReady Prep is intended for adults aged 18 and older who are pursuing or holding professional mental health counseling licensure. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to maintain your login session (JWT token) and save study preferences. The Google Translate widget may set cookies when used.
Our website (including the Android app, which displays the website) uses the Google tag for Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. It sets Google cookies that record visits and whether a visit led to a sign-up or purchase, so we can measure our ads. Our iOS app does not include the Google tag. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Your continued use of PassReady Prep after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
