These policies govern your use of PassReady Prep, an NCMHCE clinical exam-preparation platform operated by GA Integrated Therapeutic Perspectives LLC. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
Effective June 30, 2026
By accessing or using PassReady Prep (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by GA Integrated Therapeutic Perspectives LLC ("we," "us," or "the Provider").
PassReady Prep provides clinical case simulations, flashcards, diagnostic references, and related study tools designed to help candidates prepare for the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE) in its current case-simulation format. The Service is a study aid. It is not the examination, is not a substitute for graduate coursework or supervised clinical training, and does not collect, transmit, or report any information to NBCC or any licensing board.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Each account is for a single individual. To protect the integrity of paid access, the Service permits one active session per account; signing in on a new device ends other active sessions. Sharing accounts or credentials is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.
You agree not to: (a) copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, or redistribute case content, questions, or other materials; (b) attempt to access administrative areas or other users' data; (c) reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; or (d) use the Service to violate any law or the academic-integrity or examination rules of NBCC or any testing center.
All case simulations, question banks, scoring logic, written content, and design are owned by the Provider and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own exam preparation only. No other rights are granted.
Except for the specific, separately purchased Pass Guarantee tier and its stated terms, we make no promise that using the Service will result in a passing exam score. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Clinical content is for educational purposes and does not constitute clinical, legal, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or examination outcomes.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

We use your information to provide and personalize the Service, track study progress, process payments, administer the Pass Guarantee, secure accounts, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
We share limited data only with providers that help us operate the Service, under their respective terms:
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in (via a secure token) and to remember study state. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us (see Contact). Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, delete, or restrict processing of your data.
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted transport and hashed credentials, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended for licensed and pre-licensed adult professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not extensively used paid content (as a guideline, completed fewer than five paid case simulations). Refund requests after substantial use or after the 7-day window are evaluated case by case at our discretion.
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. The current billing period is not prorated, and access continues through the end of the period you've paid for.
One-time plans are eligible for the 7-day satisfaction window above. After 7 days, one-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law, because access to the full content library is granted immediately. The Pass Guarantee's distinct benefits are described in the Pass Guarantee section and are not a cash-back guarantee.
Email us (see Contact) from the address on your account with your purchase details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

The Pass Guarantee is not a money-back offer. It guarantees continued access plus a bonus benefit, so you are supported whether you pass or need another attempt.
The Pass Guarantee tier provides full access to the PassReady Prep library with no repayment ever, subject to the verification check-in below. Your access does not expire while these terms are met.
To keep the guarantee tied to a genuine, single candidate and prevent credential sharing, the Pass Guarantee includes a one-time verification check-in approximately six months after purchase. At that point we ask you to confirm one of the following:
This check-in is a quick confirmation, not a payment gate. Full access is restored promptly (typically within one business day) after you submit it. Accounts that do not complete the check-in may have access paused until they do.
The guarantee assumes good-faith preparation: that you are an individual candidate using your own account, actively studying on the platform, and sitting for the NCMHCE in its current format. The guarantee does not cover account sharing, fraudulent submissions, or misuse, and does not guarantee a passing score — it guarantees the access and benefits described above.

PassReady Prep is an independent exam-preparation product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NBCC. Use of the NCMHCE name is for identification and descriptive purposes only.
PassReady Prep itself is exam preparation and does not award continuing education (CE) credit. Continuing education is offered separately through our sister platform, CounselorReady. GA Integrated Therapeutic Perspectives LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7760. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. GA Integrated Therapeutic Perspectives LLC is solely responsible for all aspects of those programs.
